Saturday's Child: Don't Take The Big Trees by Bob Loomis

I wrote this song in 1997 after listening on KPFA-FM Radio to the hearings in Oakland about redwood logging in the Scotia CA area by a corporation that had purchased the longtime sustainable Louisiana Pacific business and intended to clearcut the area.
